Domenic Carosa |
Domenic is co-founder of Future Capital and CEO of dominet, a boutique internet investment/consultancy group. Domenic was previously the co-founder and Group CEO of ASX-listed destra Corporation Ltd (ASX: DES), which was the largest independent media and entertainment company in Australia with revenues of over $100m. He stepped aside from destra in April 2008. With over 15 years experience in business and technology, Domenic has built a reputation as a leader in the Internet space by building one of Australia’s largest independent digital music websites, MP3.com.au, and building from scratch, Australia’s second largest virtual web hosting/domain companies which he sold for $25m Domenic is past Chairman of the Internet Industry Association (IIA) and holds a Masters of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (MEI) from Swinburne University. |

Danny Wallis |
Danny is co-founder of Future Capital and the founder of ASX-listed DWS Advanced Business Solutions Ltd (ASX: DWS). After accumulating a great deal of experience as a system programmer and internal consultant for ANZ Bank. Since that time, Danny has been involved with all stages of DWS’ growth, building the organisation to in excess of 600 staff with operations in both Melbourne and Sydney along with an enviable client list and market reputation. |

Tony Stephen |
Tony is the founder and principal of AW Stephen & Associates. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Registered Tax Agent, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has degrees in Law and Commerce from Melbourne University. Tony has over 28 years of broad tax and commercial experience. He spent 25 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he gained an unrivalled depth and breadth of tax and business advisory experience. He has dealt with major corporations, billion dollar transactions and has extensive experience with private entities particularly high growth technology companies. Tony has specialist skills in, and is passionate about, the tax and commercial aspects of intellectual property and intangibles, such as spin-offs, commercialisation strategies, capital gains tax aspects, R&D tax concession, funding (including private equity, VC and IPOs) and developing international structures to support global growth strategies. |

Andrew Fiori-Dea |
An experienced executive with a record in driving strong growth in shareholder returns in both listed and privately held technology and telecommunications companies operating in Australasia. Andrew was General Manager of the Australian operations of MYOB Ltd for 4 years, doubling revenues, profits and customers over this period while leading a team of 250 people. Prior to being GM, he led the National Marketing team building the MYOB brand into Australia’s most recognised and valued business brand. After leaving MYOB, Andrew moved into corporate advisory – mergers, acquisitions and investments focused on both privately held and listed small to micro cap ASX listed technology, mobile and online companies. Andrew joined Future Capital in a consulting capacity in July 2010 as Commercial Director and has directly transacted 6 of the funds 9 investments over the last 12 months. He was appointed CEO of Future Capital in June 2011. Additionally, he provides direct operational support and mentoring of the founders and senior executives in each of the investee companies, as well as direct oversight of their ongoing financial performance. |

Irwin Saunders |
Irwin Saunders is an FCPA of over 30 years’ standing and joined Future Capital Development Fund Limited (FCDF) in July 2010 on a consulting basis. In addition to his role at FCDF, Irwin is CFO of a company involved in neuroscience research activities. He previously has held senior finance positions with a variety of international and Australian companies in the biotechnology, security printing and scientific instrumentation industries. |

Bill Kyriacou |
Bill Kyriacou provides accounting services to the Company. Prior to joining Future Capital Bill held positions in various listed technology and telecommunications companies, namely Computershare Limited and The Smart Group Pty Ltd respectively. His experience and skills cover financial accounting, management accounting, forecasting & budgeting, business modeling, audit preparation and liaison, debtor collections, implementation and integration of new systems and investment due diligence. |

The first appointment in January 2011 was Matthew Dickinson whose specialist knowledge and skills have contributed towards the optimisation of the group’s online marketing and advertising performance. Matthew has founded a number of successful web based businesses with his most successful being an online marketing company called iMega, which was sold in 2006 to The Photon Group Ltd. Matthew is both an investor and advisor to the Future Capital group of investee companies and his contribution to date has been invaluable in aiding individual company performance online. |

Simon Baker is an advisor to the company and is working with the Chairman and CEO of Future Capital in evaluating investment opportunities, investee business models and performance. Mr Baker has extensive experience in the online industry. He is currently the CEO of Classified Ad Ventures, a full service digital marketing company focusing on the global online real estate industry. He is also currently non-executive director and Chairman of the listed online property media comapny IPGA Ltd (ASX: IPP), non-executive director of the listed company, Quickflix Ltd (ASX: QFX), and a director of the unlisted Redbubble Pty Ltd, and Chairman of the unlisted CarAdvice Pty Ltd, ArtsHub Pty Ltd and Realestate investor Pty Ltd. Mr Baker is also an investor in each of the companies listed above. Prior to that Mr Baker was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the listed REA Group (realestate.com.au) where he increased revenues from $4 million to $155 million, turned a $6m loss into a $30m profit, and increased market capitalisation from $8 million to a high of $900 million. Prior to that, Simon was Chief Business Development Officer at News Interactive, was Chief Technology Officer in a US start up and spent five years with McKinsey and Company. Simon is both an investor and advisor to the Future Capital group and we are delighted to have him on the team. |
